Noise Dongfeng Nissan-Xuanyi

Home of the car

In the noise test, Sylphy is better than Yinglang on the whole, except when cruising at 120km/h, mainly because the noise and vibration control of Sylphy’s four-cylinder engine is better than Yinglang’s three-cylinder engine. When Yinglang’s speed exceeds 2500rpm, obvious noise will be transmitted to the car, while Sylphy is relatively better, and the driving speed is also lower than Sylphy’s CVT gearbox.

Nearly 300 people were killed in Israeli air strikes in Gaza, and the situation in the Middle East deteriorated sharply (Figure)

Smoke billowed from the Israeli air raid on Gaza.

Israeli air strikes on Gaza have angered people in Arab countries.

BEIJING, Dec. 29 (Xinhua)-According to comprehensive reports, Israel has carried out continuous air strikes against the Gaza. Up to now, the attacks have killed 298 people and injured more than 950 people, including both Hamas militants and ordinary Palestinians. It is reported that this is the deadliest conflict in Gaza since the Middle East War in 1967.

The Israeli side hinted that it did not rule out escalating the operation and launching a ground attack, and it has begun to increase its troops; Palestinian militant group Hamas has called for suicide attacks. Hamas stepped up its long-range rocket launcher to fight back, reaching 30 kilometers deep into Israel, with the longest range ever.

Israel launched several air raids on Gaza in the past two days in retaliation for the Palestinian attacks in recent days, while Hamas repeatedly fired rockets and mortars in response, claiming that it had fired two long-range "hail-type" rockets at Ashdod, a southern Israeli city 30 kilometers from Gaza. Another rocket was fired at Javne, a small town 30 kilometers away from Gaza, which was the longest range of Hamas’s attack.

The attack took place on the Jewish Sabbath, which was unexpected. On the other hand, analysts and the media have long expected that Israeli military actions against the Gaza Strip will be inevitable before the Israeli parliamentary elections in February next year.

Israel: carefully planned air strikes, army ready to attack

From the deep-seated reasons, the attack on the Gaza Strip was the result of the struggle between Israeli political forces before the election. Although they know that there are risks in using force, they still judge that attacking is a more favorable choice for themselves. From the standpoint of the ruling party, this is forced by the election situation. As the air strikes launched by Israel on the Gaza Strip entered the second day, the Israeli Cabinet passed a decision on the 28th to call some reservists.

Israeli Foreign Minister Livni said that the operation has been "very successful" so far. She said that Israel is determined to change the reality in Gaza, so that the Israeli public can get rid of the Palestinian rocket attack for four years forever.

Israeli local media reported that the Israeli air raid had destroyed 230 targets in the Gaza, and 170 targets were destroyed in the first day. In fact, after a year of intelligence collection and careful deployment, it showed that the use of force was by no means an "improvisation". At present, the Israeli army is mobilizing tanks and ground troops to assemble near Gaza, ready to attack at any time.

Cabinet Minister Yitzhak herzog said: "We may not want to conquer Gaza, but of course we are considering all options."

Hamas: Resolutely will not surrender and plan to launch a "jihad."

Hamas said it would never surrender with a white flag, and warned that it would pay a heavy price if the Israelis invaded Gaza. "All options are on the table, including rocket attacks and suicide bombings," Hamas spokesman Fawaz Bahome said.

According to Iranian media reports, Hamas’s foreign propaganda officials even said that "the only way to fight back against Israeli crimes is to launch jihad and uprising". It is reported that Hamas’s strength has not been hit hard by air strikes.

The Israeli police have completely cancelled their vacation and issued a high-level terrorist attack alert on the territory to prevent Hamas from retaliating. According to the information held by the Israeli security department, after the Israeli military attacked Gaza, at least 10 terrorist attacks were reported.

Musk was accused of operating the "dogecoin pyramid scheme" and was claimed 1.7 trillion yuan.

On June 16th, local time, elon musk, the world’s richest man, and his subsidiary Tesla and SpaceX, a space exploration technology company, were sued by an American dogecoin investor, demanding compensation of US$ 258 billion (about RMB 1.7 trillion). The prosecutor claimed that he was deceived by the "cryptocurrency pyramid scam", and Musk and his company were the participants and supporters of the "scam".

According to reports, the dogecoin investor named Keith Johnson filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court on 16th. He said that Musk and the two companies directly "manipulated" the price of dogecoin, deliberately "touted" dogecoin on Twitter and raised the price, but now they have been plummeting.

"The defendant (Musk and his company) falsely and fraudulently claimed that dogecoin is a legitimate investment, but it has no value at all." Johnson said in the lawsuit. "The defendant realized that dogecoin has no value since 2019, but continued to promote dogecoin to profit from it. Musk used his position as the richest man in the world to manipulate dogecoin ‘ Pyramid scam ’ For profit, exposure and entertainment. "

Johnson said that he hoped to prevent Musk and the company from promoting dogecoin through legal channels, and urged the court to declare that the dogecoin transaction was actually a form of gambling according to federal and new york laws. At present, Musk has not responded to the prosecution, and the legal advisers of Tesla and SpaceX have not responded.

Johnson said that in this class action lawsuit, he will represent all investors who have lost money in dogecoin trading since April 2019, and demand the defendant to compensate for the loss of $86 billion — — It is roughly equivalent to the market value of dogecoin’s decline since May last year, plus twice the compensation of $172 billion.

It is reported that the price in dogecoin has dropped by about 67% this year, and the trading price on 16th was slightly lower than 6 cents, which was far from the peak of 74 cents last year. According to the complaint, dogecoin’s selling began when Musk appeared on the American variety show "saturday night live" in May last year. At that time, Musk called dogecoin "a scam" on the show.

▲ Musk promoted dogecoin on Twitter.

Since then, Musk launched dogecoin’s "rescue" campaign on Twitter, announcing that SpaceX would take dogecoin to the moon. In March this year, he also said that he would not sell dogecoin and Bitcoin, even though their value had evaporated by billions of dollars.

It is reported that dogecoin is a cryptocurrency. In 2013, two software engineers, Marcus and Palmer, invented this kind of digital currency by using Doge, a dog expression pack on the popular Internet, which was originally used to satirize Bitcoin. At first, dogecoin had no value and was mainly used as a reward currency for Reddit, an American social information forum. Later, it gradually went out of the circle and its value was raised. Among them, Musk is constantly supporting the cryptocurrency with high profile, and he once called himself "the father of dogecoin".

Minimum habitat of wild giant pandas: 114.7 square kilometers.

What is the minimum size of the wild giant panda population to survive for a long time? The paper "Practical Research: Minimum Area Requirements for Giant Pandas" published in Science Report, an online journal of Nature magazine, on the 8th thinks that 114.7 square kilometers is the minimum area.

Dai Qiang, an associate researcher at Chengdu Institute of Biology, China Academy of Sciences, Yang Zhisong, an associate professor at School of Life Sciences, and Zhang Zejun, a researcher, used the distribution sites of giant pandas (including feces and foraging trails) to calculate that the minimum habitat area needed for the long-term survival of wild giant panda populations in five mountain ranges in Sichuan Province is 114.7 square kilometers. "This means that it is difficult for giant panda populations living in less than this area to survive for a long time." Yang Zhisong said.

All the data in this paper come from the fourth national panda survey. By the end of 2013, the number of wild giant pandas in China was 1,864, and the number of captive giant pandas was 375. Wild giant pandas have a habitat area of 2.58 million hectares and a potential habitat of 910,000 hectares, which are distributed in 17 cities (states), 49 counties (cities, districts) and 196 townships in Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu provinces. The number of protected areas with giant panda distribution and habitat distribution has increased to 67.

The wild giant panda population was originally distributed in southern China, most of eastern China in China, and northern areas of Myanmar and Viet Nam. Due to natural disasters and the increase of human activities, the existing wild giant panda population is only distributed in six separated mountain systems on the east side of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

In this paper, the minimum areas of wild giant panda populations in five mountain regions in Sichuan Province are calculated by using the data sets about the occurrence of giant pandas (including feces, footprints and foraging traces). Giant pandas in these five areas account for more than 74% of the total number of giant pandas in the wild.

"In addition to collecting the parameters of giant panda feces, we must also consider factors such as slope, temperature and vegetation. Because wild giant pandas are not only picky about food sources, but also particularly dependent on forests. For example, the bamboo it eats should grow under the forest, otherwise it won’t eat it. But not all forest pandas are willing to go. These factors must be input into the computer in the form of parameters. " Dai Qiang, one of the authors of the paper, from Chengdu Institute of Biology, China Academy of Sciences, said that he used machine learning algorithm to generate a model, from which he could find out which places are suitable for giant pandas to live, compare the relationship between habitat size and giant panda population, and then analyze the smallest area of giant panda habitat. The minimum area is calculated, but it cannot be said to be "completely accurate".

From the last 10 years, the habitat area of wild giant pandas has increased, but from the perspective of the reproduction and long-term survival of giant pandas, the habitat fragmentation is still quite serious. According to the research, the habitat fragmentation is serious in the large and small Xiangling mountain systems in China. "Habitat fragmentation will isolate the giant panda population." Researchers say that isolated small populations will inevitably lead to inbreeding and eventually lead to genetic decline. "If the habitat is too small, the quality of life of giant pandas will decline, which is not conducive to population protection. Therefore, it is necessary to restore the Giant Panda Corridor. "

Mercedes-Benz EQE has been used for more than one year, and the battery has failed. The 96-degree battery pack can only charge 42 degrees of electricity.

Peninsula network August 14 th Recently, Mr. Sheng, a citizen, reported to the tide listening column of Peninsula Network (0532-80889235) that he spent 450,000 yuan on a Mercedes-Benz EQE in Qingdao Lixingxing Star Automobile Co., Ltd., and found that there was a problem in battery charging during use. The cruising range is greatly reduced. At first, it can charge 96 kWh when fully charged, but now it can only charge 42 kWh when fully charged. There have also been cases where the reversing function has failed. In this regard, the staff of the 4S shop said that after technical testing, the battery was faulty, and the battery replacement process was already being taken to the customer, and both parties had reached an agreement.

At the end of June 2023, Mr. Sheng took a fancy to a Mercedes-Benz EQE in Qingdao Lixingxing Star Automobile Co., Ltd. "At that time, the market quoted 550,000 yuan, and the 4S shop gave a discount of 100,000 yuan, and finally spent 450,000 yuan to buy it." Shortly after Mr. Sheng bought the car, this Mercedes-Benz EQE officially dropped another 100,000 yuan. Mr. Sheng thinks this is a completely understandable market behavior. However, many problems were found during the use of the vehicle.

Mercedes EQE Full battery life can only run 200.How many kilometers?

Mr. Sheng told reporters that the car he bought had problems with its battery life during use. "It is no problem to drive 650 kilometers when you just pick up the car, and then the cruising range is getting shorter and shorter. Now you can only run more than 200 kilometers on full charge. At the beginning of the car, it was fully charged with 96 kWh of electricity. Now it can only be charged with 42 kWh when it is charged in a state of power loss. "

Mr. Sheng also fed back the problem to the Mercedes-Benz 4S shop, and the staff gave it a test. At that time, no fault code was found, indicating that the battery was normal. At the suggestion of the staff, Mr. Sheng found the fast charging pile and consumed less than 10% of the electricity for self-test charging. Mr. Sheng tested that the battery was fully charged from 8% to 100% and found that the charge was still 42 kWh. Mr. Sheng recorded the video of the charging process and handed it to the staff of the 4S shop. "The cruising range shows 650 kilometers when fully charged, but the cruising range drops very quickly during the actual vehicle driving." Mr. Sheng said.

Mercedes EQEThe reverse function appears. "Failure"?

In addition, Mr. Sheng also found that there were problems with the electronic control of his car. "Going out in the morning, in the process of reversing, the display has hung up the reverse gear, but the locomotive has no movement at all." Mr. Sheng turned off the power for many times, but it still failed to restart. So Mr. Sheng called for help. After several attempts by Mr. Sheng, the reverse gear function returned to normal. Mr. Sheng told reporters that for this problem, the staff of the 4S shop also had no fault code and could not detect the problem.

Mr. Sheng told reporters that after many times of communication, the 4S shop promised to replace the battery, but he also had his own concerns. "Replacing the battery will definitely appear in the maintenance record, which will devalue the second sale of your car."

4SStore response: the battery has been replaced for the customer.

In order to implement the situation, the reporter contacted Chengyang Lixingxing, and the staff said that Mr. Sheng’s Mercedes-Benz EQE had been technically tested for battery failure, because during the warranty period, Mr. Sheng had been given the process of replacing the battery. Free battery replacement for Mr. Sheng, and an agreement has been reached with Mr. Sheng. She is not clear about whether there is a problem with electronic control, but she will ask her after-sales colleagues about the situation.

Lawyer: You can claim compensation if the vehicle depreciates.

Do you have the right to ask for extra compensation besides replacing the battery for Mr. Sheng’s experience? Lawyer Niu Hongyan of Beijing Dacheng (Qingdao) Law Firm believes that "if there is evidence to prove the existence of vehicle depreciation or other economic losses, you can claim compensation, but in practice, it is difficult to identify the depreciation loss. In terms of contract correspondence, after the seller bears the liability for vehicle depreciation, it is impossible to claim compensation from the manufacturer. "

In response to the above problems, Peninsula Network will continue to pay attention.

Male doctor failed to hang himself by the roadside for three times: the belt broke and then tied with clothes.

"I was a little dizzy at the time, and now I have completely opened my mind." At 11 am yesterday, Chen Binbin (a pseudonym), a young man from Sichuan, was picked up by his family from Taoyuan Road Police Station. On the afternoon of March 2, Chen Binbin was going to commit suicide by hanging himself from a tree on the side of a railway in the West Second Ring Road. After the belt used for hanging broke, he hanged himself again in clothes and was rescued by the police who arrived in time.

Hang yourself, break your belt, tie your clothes, tie a ring and continue to commit suicide.

At about 2: 30 pm on the 2nd, the police station of Taoyuan Road Police Station received 110 instructions, and someone hanged himself on the side of the West Second Ring Road Railway. The police immediately drove there. The scene of the incident was located on the edge of Yayi New Town Community in the West Second Ring Road. There was a tree more than 5 meters high in the middle of the special railway line, and the hanging man was here.

"When we arrived, we witnessed the public saying that the man had hung himself at least three times, but they all failed. One of them broke his belt." The police said that the man still refused to give up and tried to tie a ring on his clothes and continue to commit suicide. The police stopped the man’s behavior. The man was a burly man with a beard. He had a belt in the side pocket of his coat, and when he took it out, one end had no belt buckle. The police asked the reason. He said it was boring to live, and then he stopped talking.

Being a doctor in a pharmacy has a poor performance and wants to commit suicide.

After arriving at the police station, the man still refused to cooperate. The police found an ID card, a bank card and a medical practitioner certificate from the small bag he carried with him. His ID card shows that his name is Chen Binbin, and he is 36 years old. He lives in Dazhu County, Sichuan Province. The police verified the man’s family situation by contacting the local police station and the staff of the village Committee. "Parents are alive and have a sister. He has been out for many years and has been a little unconscious occasionally."

"One thousand he committed suicide after leaving, how sad. Still try to get his family to pick him up. After all, life is only once. " Ding Xiaofei, director of Taoyuan Road Police Station, stopped the idea that the police were going to send Chen Binbin to the rescue station, fearing that if he didn’t want to go home when he got to the rescue station, the rescue station would only let him leave.

At 5 o’clock in the afternoon, Chen Binbin’s brother-in-law in Dazhu County promised to pick up his brother-in-law in Xi ‘an by train overnight. At this point, after repeated persuasion by the police, Chen Binbin’s mood eased a lot. Chen Binbin said that he had been away from home for seven or eight years and had never been home. Now he is a doctor in a chain pharmacy in Xi ‘an. Because he is introverted and has difficulty communicating with customers, his performance is not good, so he doesn’t want to do it. At work on March 1st, Chen Binbin verbally resigned from the pharmacy manager. After work that night, he didn’t go back to his residence, but wandered in the street. When I walked to the West Second Ring Road on the afternoon of the 2nd, I felt that life was boring, so I climbed to the tree and hanged myself.

"You are a doctor, see if I have any disease?" The policeman asked. Chen Binbin replied: "I can’t even see my own illness." The police encouraged him to say, "You are a doctor. How can you not treat your illness well? Many patients are still waiting for you to see a doctor. "

His family rushed to Xi ‘an to persuade him to return to Sichuan.

Chen Binbin spent the night in the police station. At about 10 o’clock yesterday morning, Chen Binbin’s mother, sister and brother-in-law rushed to the police station. There were two little Mazars in the plastic bag held by her sister. My sister said that she and her husband had decided to pick up her brother, but my mother insisted on coming after knowing it. They went to meet their mother first, and then came to Xi ‘an overnight by train. Because it was a passing train and there was no seat, she bought a pony in advance to use on the train.

"Why are you here?" Seeing his mother, Chen Binbin was a little surprised. He limped to his mother’s side without holding hands or hugging. "What happened to your leg?" Mom has tears in her eyes. "I fell down from the tree yesterday. It doesn’t matter." Chen Binbin turned her face to one side, avoiding her mother’s eyes.

"Come back with us, you haven’t been home for a long time." Sister advised. Chen Binbin didn’t want to go back. He said he had work to do here. The police also advised him to accompany his mother back to live for a while, and then come to work after his mentality was adjusted. At 11 o’clock yesterday morning, Chen Binbin and his family left the police station, and he finally chose to go home with his mother for a while.

Looking back on the 90th anniversary of the October Revolution, Lenin’s body may move out of Red Square (Figure)

On the eve of commemorating the Victory Day of the October Revolution, many Russians came to Lenin’s Mausoleum in Moscow’s Red Square with red flags in their hands.

      Lenin is in Russia.

Looking back on the 90th anniversary of the October Revolution

On November 7, 1917, the Bolshevik armed forces led by Lenin launched a general attack on the Winter Palace, overthrew the interim government and established the Soviet regime. Thus, the world’s first socialist country was born.

Today, 90 years later, although the dust of history has gradually dissipated, it is an indelible memory for Russia and countries affected by the October Revolution.

     Russians have not forgotten history.

The landmark event that changed the fate of this country 90 years ago has not been forgotten by Russians with the change of years and the cold weather.

Background information:Russian October Revolution (October Socialist Revolution)

Liu Zuoyuan, a special contributor to the International Herald Tribune, is from Moscow. Although there are still two days before November 7, the atmosphere of commemorating the 90th anniversary of the October Revolution has already come to Moscow. The landmark event that changed the destiny of this country 90 years ago has not been forgotten by Russians with the change of years and the cold weather.

The Russian Communist Party celebrated with great fanfare.

As a matter of fact, since April this year, the Russian communist party has started preparations for activities to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the October Revolution.

According to Russian media reports, the commemorative activities led by the Russian Communist Party were first lit in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. From November 3 to 5, more than 80 political parties from all over the world sent people to participate in the large-scale international gathering of the Left Party held in Minsk. Participants will then go to Moscow to participate in the parade and rally to be held on November 7. "There will be 40,000 to 50,000 people participating in the parade, or even more." Russian communist party Chairman zyuganov said.

According to the plan, the Russian Communist Party will also hold academic conferences, round tables, exhibitions, party newspaper festivals and other activities, interspersed with various competitions including slogans, literary works, student compositions and children’s paintings. At the same time, the Communist Party of Russia declared 2007 as the "year of calling for joining the Party", produced the commemorative medal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Russia for the "90th anniversary of the great October socialist revolution", and proposed that the October Revolution Memorial Day be regarded as the main-level festival of the Russian Federation.

The website of the Central Committee of the Russian Communist Party also opened a column of "Commemorating the 90th Anniversary of the October Revolution" early, in which an article said that the Russian Communist Party would make maximum use of all kinds of propaganda resources to commemorate and cherish the great significance of the October Revolution. Pravda and regional publications in communist party have also opened up related fixed columns.

Red flags are displayed on the streets of Moscow

In November, the signs of the commemoration atmosphere of the October Revolution on the streets of Moscow gradually increased. Walking on the road, you can often see rallies carrying red flags, and billboards on the roadside have also changed into the image of young pioneers wearing red scarves. All this reminds people that an important festival is coming.

In Russia, although the "October Revolution Festival" has changed its name several times, it has become the "Moscow Red Square Military Parade Day" today, but most people still like to use the original name. On November 2nd, delegations from different countries arrived in Moscow one after another. People held a rally in Red Square carrying a red flag with the words "Forever October Revolution" written on it.

The two-color ribbon called "Guards Ribbon" has also been turned out. This ribbon distributed free of charge by the youth organization "College Students Association" consists of black and orange, with black representing smoke and yellow symbolizing flame. The "Guards Ribbon" was originally designed to commend the outstanding achievements of Red Army soldiers during the Soviet Patriotic War after the October Revolution. In today’s Russia, young people are more willing to commemorate the festivals of the former Soviet Union by wearing the "Guards Ribbon".

"For many Russians, commemorating the October Revolution is a tradition. No matter how people evaluate the October Revolution, no one can deny its great influence on the Russian nation." Party member Nikolai, a Communist Party of Russia from Moscow University, told the International Herald Tribune that in order to participate in the parade and rally on November 7, the Communist Party of Russia party member of his school had prepared flags and slogans, and there would be an independent phalanx on the day of the parade.

While the Russian Communist Party celebrated the October Revolution Festival with great fanfare, the Russian media reported that Lenin’s body might be moved out of Lenin’s Mausoleum. "We will resolutely oppose this kind of thing, especially on the day of commemorating the October Revolution." Nikolai was quite indignant at this: "No one can erase Lenin’s influence and great achievements in Russian history."

Flowers fill the graves of martyrs.

The reporter of International Herald Tribune specially visited the famous New Saint Cemetery in Moscow. Everyone buried here is a witness of that period of history. People who are busy commemorating the October Revolution have not forgotten these heroes who are buried in the cemetery, and newly picked flowers are placed in front of the gravestones in the shadows of the trees.

Party member Makarenko, an old Russian Communist Party, dedicated a bouquet of flowers to the tomb of writer Nikolai ostrovsky. In front of ostrovsky’s tombstone, there is a cavalry knife and a pointed hat that Paul, his hero, often wears, which makes people easily think of his novel How Steel was Tempered. "During the October Revolution Festival, my party group proposed to come to the cemetery to sweep graves." Makarenko told the International Herald Tribune, "People need faith, just as we followed at the beginning, to make other people’s lives better because of your survival." Makarenko quoted the motto of the famous Soviet hero Matrosoff. Indeed, for Russians, perhaps the more significance of commemorating the October Revolution lies in adhering to the belief of following life.

Today, the ruby five-pointed star on the Kremlin has been lit for 70 years, which is also a historical witness that the Soviet Union once existed as a great country. Although that period of history is getting longer and the October Revolution Festival is no longer a legal holiday, in the hearts of many Russians, it is an "eternal festival". Exploring Lenin’s footprint in Russia

There are countless roads, factories and subway stations named after "Lenin" and "October Revolution" in Russia, and they are also silently recalling the past history.

Liu Yang, a reporter from the International Herald Tribune, was born in Moscow. From 1917 to 2007, 90 years passed away negligently.

Like mushrooms after rain-tank 300 modification

Today’s off-road vehicles can no longer be simply classified as "rock climbing", "competition" or "crossing". Needless to say, the heat of off-road vehicle testing market since the launch of tank 300 is also true in the field of modification.

There are countless modified products of tank 300 in the aftermarket, and a large number of modified schemes can also meet more specific segmentation needs. For example, the front bumper, which is also aimed at improving protection, has different styles, protection priorities and functional choices.

The MR front bumper installed in this tank 300 continues the square outline of the original car on the line, and the central hollowed-out part divides the bar body into a "small cowshed" shape, which enhances the layering without blocking the middle net.

The two plastic anti-collision blocks in front make the front face more stereoscopic and more wild and powerful. The corners on both sides are integrated with the wheel eyebrows protruding from the car body, and the overall feeling is full.

The front bumper is internally integrated with a winch bracket, which is compatible with the original T-MAX and the mainstream winches on the market such as WARN.

The ring fog lamp seat echoes the headlights of the original car, and four yellow spotlights of MR are installed inside; Mounting holes for ranging radar are also reserved on the surface of the bar.

The rear bumper and the front bumper complement each other, the anti-collision block and the ring fog lamp seat are the characteristic elements, and the wrap angles on both sides are also perfectly connected with the wheel eyebrows, which not only improves the departure angle and enhances the protection, but also retains the practical functions such as radar, towing hook reservation and the like.

The tire is equipped with a size of 265/70/R17, which is also the mainstream choice of this class of vehicles. Its size is slightly larger than that of the original factory, and it is a balanced choice between improving the passability and maintaining the stability of the original vehicle. Paired with it is the Beast negative rim, and its dark style is also consistent with the whole vehicle.

ATLAS’s 1.5-inch elevated nitrogen is selected as the suspension part to avoid vibration. The oil-gas separation vibration isolator has better thermal attenuation resistance under severe working conditions, and also provides stronger support and rebound suppression, and has the adjustment function of compression and rebound damping.

It is worth mentioning that this set of vibration isolators of ATLAS can not only perform 12-segment main tune for compression damping, but also perform 4-segment fine tuning on this basis, so as to make more accurate tuning for different driving styles, road conditions and load conditions.

The adjustable push rod is also replaced with the vibration isolator, so as to correct the position and suspension geometry of the raised rear axle.

In addition to the above, this tank 300 is also equipped with a flat-topped luggage frame, and a strip spotlight is fixed at the front end to further expand the practicality and functionality of long-distance travel.

With the increasing number of modification cases of tank 300, the same model has been able to meet the more specific off-road needs of different players, but whether it is reloading, leisure camping, desert competition or weekend light field, it is always a scientific, reasonable and targeted modification plan.

Law enforcement: cracking down on counterfeiting and treating bad things with a bright sword

The quality of five evils’s heavy punches has been good for decades

The terms "five poisons", "three evils" and "killing tigers" are unfamiliar to young people today. If you translate it into today’s buzzwords: "Jerry-building", "inferior products" and "illegal profiteers", I believe you will be familiar with it. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the movement against the "three evils" and the "five evils" started the anti-counterfeiting cause in New China. Since then, cracking down on counterfeiting has become a major matter of common concern from national leaders down to ordinary people.

After the founding of New China, private industry and commerce were protected by the Party and the government. However, some unscrupulous capitalists not only evaded taxes, but also cut corners, resorted to fraud and engaged in malpractices in the construction of national projects and the completion of processing and ordering tasks, which seriously harmed the interests of the country and the people.

Take the undertaking of military supplies to resist US aggression and aid Korea as an example. Some of them sell rubber shoes made of waste rubber and secondary rubber, pickaxes made of square iron, and shovels made of oil drums to volunteers. Some heartlessly canned rotten beef, bad beef and dead pork, made egg powder with bad eggs and carrot powder, made biscuits with moldy flour, and mixed sand with pickles to supply the Korean front, so that volunteers not only could not eat enough and eat well, but even died of poisoning; Some make inferior penicillin, and some make first aid kits from rotten cotton picked up from garbage dumps and sell them to volunteers at high prices. These inferior drugs and first-aid kits with germs are not only ineffective in rescuing the wounded, but also cause disability and sacrifice that should not be disabled.

Shi Min, the manager of Beijing Volkswagen Clothing Leather Factory, reduced the width of the original Grenade launcher by half when he rushed the materials used to resist US aggression and aid Korea for the volunteers. The shoulder pads made by machine guns can’t cover the back at all, so that 70% of the orders are useless and become waste products.

The unscrupulous capitalists are greedy for profit, which has reached the point where it is hard to see. On January 26th, 1952, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued an instruction, and a large-scale "five evils" movement was launched vigorously throughout the country, which dealt a heavy blow to Jerry-building. During the "three evils" and "five evils" movements, the Supreme People’s Court, the Central People’s Government, organized a temporary court in Beijing Zhongshan Park to publicly try corrupt criminals. With Wang Kangnian and other "black-hearted" capitalists being shot in the "five evils" movement, the goods market in China has been pure for decades.

National anti-counterfeiting game of chess quality supervision rushed to the front line.

In 1978, China sounded the clarion call for reform and opening-up, China’s economy began to explore new development models, and fake and shoddy products began to resurface, and new counterfeiters began to stir.

In 1978, the State Council approved the establishment of the State Administration of Metrology and the State Administration of Standards respectively, and made it clear that one of the tasks of the State Administration of Standards was to "supervise the implementation of inspection standards". In 1979, the State Council issued the Regulations on Standardization Management in People’s Republic of China (PRC), which further clarified that "the State Administration of Standards and the Bureau of Standards of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions are responsible for the supervision and inspection of product quality". In 1986, "People’s Republic of China (PRC) Metrology Law" was implemented, which was the first law that explicitly endowed the quality and technical supervision department with administrative law enforcement power in the form of law. These major measures mark the beginning of law enforcement and anti-counterfeiting work, and begin to enter the daily work with laws to follow and rules to follow.

In 1988, a case of fake seeds occurred in Jintan County, Anhui Province, and tens of thousands of mu of crops were not harvested by farmers. After the case happened, the State Council immediately attached great importance to it. Subsequently, the General Office of the State Council issued the document No.32 [1989] issued by the State Council, Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Opinions of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on Severely Punishing the Persons Responsible for the Distribution of Fake and Inferior Commodities, which was also the first anti-counterfeiting document issued by the State Council.

In 1992, in order to coordinate the work of the former State Bureau of Technical Supervision, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health and other relevant departments in the State Council, the State Council set up a national anti-counterfeiting office. On July 20, 1992, the first national telephone conference on cracking down on the illegal activities of producing and distributing fake and shoddy goods was held.

Since the beginning of the new period of reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China’s market economy and national economy, the production and circulation of fake and shoddy products have become increasingly rampant, including fake cigarettes, fake wine, fake drugs, fake fertilizers, fake seeds, fake pesticides, "bean curd residue" projects and assembled cars.

On January 23, 1998, a critically ill patient was admitted to Pinglu District Hospital of Shuozhou City. The symptoms were vomiting, headache, dilated pupils and difficulty breathing, but the patient died before entering the emergency room. The doctor on duty at that time never imagined that a case of fake wine poisoning that shocked the whole country happened, and Shuozhou City became the hardest hit area of this case. The "1 26" fake wine case that shocked the whole country caused a total of 222 people to be poisoned and 29 people died. The tragedy even affected Zhongnanhai. The general secretary called three times to ask about this matter.

According to the report "Research on the Influence of Counterfeiting and Selling Fakes on National Economic Development" issued by the State Council Development Research Center, in 1998, the total amount of counterfeit and shoddy goods in China’s market was as high as 132.927 billion yuan, and the losses to national tax revenue reached 24.57 billion yuan. At that time, the total amount of smuggled goods in China was 154 billion yuan, plus pirated books, CDs and other products. In fact, the total amount of counterfeit and shoddy goods in China’s market has been much higher than the amount smuggled, and all kinds of counterfeit goods have been repeatedly banned, which has become a major social hazard in China’s economic life.

It is imperative to carry out joint anti-counterfeiting operations with all administrative law enforcement departments. In October, 2000, according to the instructions of the leaders of the State Council, the State Council established the National Anti-counterfeiting Coordination Group and launched a national anti-counterfeiting joint action. The National Anti-counterfeiting Coordination Group consists of 19 relevant departments, including the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Public Security and the former State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The Office of the National Anti-counterfeiting Coordination Group is located in the former State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

Since then, the anti-counterfeiting work has played a game of chess throughout the country, and the quality supervision department has become the backbone and core department of anti-counterfeiting. While shouldering the responsibility of anti-counterfeiting liaison and organization and coordination, the quality supervision department bravely stood in the front line of anti-counterfeiting and achieved fruitful results with selfless and fearless spirit and hard work.

The joint anti-counterfeiting campaign has a huge momentum and a strong deterrent, and a large number of major cases have been investigated and dealt with: the case of illegally assembling cars in shishi city, Fujian Province, more than 300 fake and shoddy cars were seized and 43 illegal elements were dealt with, of which 4 were sentenced to life imprisonment; In the case of illegal sale of toxic lard in Jiangxi, one principal was sentenced to death, suspended for two years, and six accomplices were sentenced to 2 years and 15 years respectively. For a time, the people raised their hands and said they were happy, and the counterfeiters were frightened, and the momentum of counterfeiting and selling fakes was effectively curbed.

According to authoritative statistics, half of the results of the national anti-counterfeiting joint action were achieved by the quality supervision department. The outstanding performance in joint anti-counterfeiting has won the recognition of the government, the respect of brother departments, the praise of enterprises and the people, which has created the status of quality supervision as the main force of anti-counterfeiting, and also created a new situation of quality supervision.

Standardize the depth of the market and carry out special anti-counterfeiting to see results

In April, 2001, the State Council issued the Decision on Rectifying and Standardizing the Order of Market Economy, which clearly included cracking down on illegal and criminal activities such as manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy goods as the main content of rectifying and standardizing the order of market economy during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. At this time, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council made a major decision to set up the AQSIQ, which provided an important opportunity for the further development of law enforcement and counterfeiting in quality supervision departments.

Since 2001, law enforcement and counterfeiting have become an important part of the quality supervision department to rectify and standardize the market economic order and an important starting point for improving product quality. A number of special law enforcement and counterfeiting actions have been organized, which have severely cracked down on illegal acts of manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy products that infringe on the interests of enterprises and consumers, maintained the market economic order and promoted product quality improvement.

The special food activities organized a number of special anti-counterfeiting actions for foods such as sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, milk powder, Sudan red, tea, honey, bottled drinking water and vegetable oil, and investigated and dealt with a number of food fraud cases that had a great impact, such as processing meat products with sick and dead livestock, blending white wine with industrial ethanol and methanol, producing inferior milk powder with starch, adding Sudan red to food and dyeing tea with lead chrome green. In 2005, we organized and implemented the "100 Million Project" for food quality and safety in 100 districts (urban and rural fringe areas of counties and cities), 1,000 points (processing points of villages and towns) and 10,000 households (small workshops and black dens), which solved a number of regional food counterfeiting problems. According to incomplete statistics, since 2003, the national quality and technical supervision departments have filed more than 300,000 cases of illegal food, seized 2.74 billion yuan worth of fake and shoddy products, and transferred more than 220 cases to public security organs for handling.

Fake and inferior agricultural means of production, such as fake seeds, fake fertilizers, fake pesticides and inferior agricultural machinery parts, have caused crops to be harvested in a large area or delayed the best harvest time of crops, which has caused great harm to agricultural production, farmers’ income and rural stability. Since 2002, every January, the national quality supervision system will carry out special law enforcement and anti-counterfeiting actions for agricultural materials nationwide. In the peak season of agricultural production, we will focus on important agricultural means of production such as chemical fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural films, agricultural machinery and spare parts, and organize anti-counterfeiting activities of agricultural materials to the countryside. During the activity, we conducted on-site consultation, accepted quality complaints and conducted on-site sampling inspection, helped farmers claim for rights protection, and guided farmers to identify the basic knowledge of fake and inferior agricultural materials, which made positive contributions to stabilizing grain production and promoting agricultural development. According to incomplete statistics, since 2003, the national quality supervision departments have put on record 129,000 cases of illegal agricultural materials, seized 1.74 billion yuan worth of fake and shoddy products, and transferred 81 cases to public security organs for handling.

Since 2003, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, together with the departments of development and reform, public security, supervision, construction, commerce, industry and commerce, environmental protection, forestry and electric power supervision, has set up an inter-ministerial coordination group for the special rectification of the national building materials market order, and launched a joint campaign for the special rectification of the building materials market order focusing on construction steel, cement, decoration materials, etc. throughout the country, and has successively organized multi-provincial linkage in the border areas of Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi and Tianjin, Hebei and Shandong. The rampant production of strip steel has been effectively curbed, and the qualified rate of national spot checks on construction steel and fasteners has increased year by year. According to incomplete statistics, since 2003, the national quality supervision departments have put on record more than 250,000 cases of illegal building materials, seized 6.23 billion yuan worth of fake and shoddy products, and transferred 113 cases to public security organs for handling.

At the same time, the quality supervision department has also rectified a number of regional counterfeiting and selling problems and distribution markets for counterfeit and shoddy goods that have had a bad influence throughout the country. For example, the manufacturing and selling of fake and shoddy cosmetics in Chaoyang City, Guangdong Province, fake and shoddy stationery in Wuyi City, Zhejiang Province, inferior disposable infusion sets in Jiangyin County, Jiangsu Province and Jinxian County, Jiangxi Province, as well as key markets such as Yiwu Commodity City in Zhejiang Province, Huazhong Food City in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and auto parts market in Changchun Automobile Trade City, Jilin Province, have investigated and dealt with a large number of major cases.

Linking the new means of scientific and technological counterfeiting with law enforcement and justice

The quality of a product is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye alone. Most quality indicators must be obtained through the testing of professional equipment, but the testing cost of professional testing institutions is high and the testing period is long. In view of this situation, the quality supervision and law enforcement personnel represented by Lv Changfu of Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision have given full play to their technical advantages, actively studied scientific and technological law enforcement means, and developed many very effective rapid detection technologies, such as food rapid detection technology, wire and cable rapid detection technology, toxic and harmful substances rapid detection technology, which greatly improved the effectiveness of law enforcement and saved a lot of administrative costs for the country.

The Quality Supervision Bureau of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province is equipped with an on-site inspection vehicle, which can quickly detect counterfeit and shoddy products at the law enforcement site, making counterfeiters and sellers daunting and sending out the feeling that "Shijiazhuang is accurate in investigation and cannot be fooled".

It is far from enough to rely on law enforcement personnel to crack down on counterfeiting. It is also necessary to mobilize the masses to expose the fraudulent acts to the discerning eyes of the people, so that the counterfeiters will have nowhere to live. In 2001, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, together with the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, formulated the "Measures for Rewarding Persons Who Report Crimes of Making and Selling Fake and Inferior Products". The establishment of the reward system for reporting has stimulated the enthusiasm of the whole society to participate in anti-counterfeiting, broadened the source channels for quality supervision departments, and provided many valuable clues to the source of the case, especially the clues of major cases.

With the increasing crackdown on counterfeiting by quality supervision departments, in order to disperse "risks", counterfeiters have changed the way of concentrating on counterfeiting and selling fakes in the past, dispersed dens, and constantly moved dens to escape the crackdown by quality supervision departments. In view of this situation, the quality supervision department promotes the inter-provincial law enforcement and anti-counterfeiting work to cooperate with each other, carries out regional joint anti-counterfeiting, and forms a comprehensive panic situation against fake dens. For example, in 2007, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui and Jiangxi launched an inter-provincial law enforcement campaign to investigate and deal with unlicensed liquor production. On the spot, 10.08 tons of finished liquor were seized, 7.7 tons of raw materials for liquor production were sealed, 15 sets of illegal production tools were confiscated or destroyed, more than 600 physical evidence production sites were banned, and 16 counterfeit dens were destroyed.

Practice has proved that it is necessary not only to destroy the dens of counterfeiters, but also to bring them to justice, so as to fundamentally put an end to counterfeiting. Therefore, "improving the mechanism of close connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice" was written into the 2008 government work report of the Prime Minister. Quality supervision departments adhere to administration according to law and strengthen the connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice according to national requirements. Every year, hundreds of cases are transferred to judicial organs.

In the past 60 years, China’s fake and shoddy products have been a discordant tune; Over the past 60 years, cracking down on counterfeit goods is a powerful poem.

In the past 60 years, fake and shoddy products have been accompanied by the economic development of China. In the past 60 years, the cause of law enforcement and anti-counterfeiting in New China has gone through ups and downs, singing along the way, and performing a series of magnificent live dramas.

According to the latest statistics of the relevant departments of the AQSIQ, since the establishment of the first anti-counterfeiting team in China, the national quality supervision departments have filed and investigated more than 3.49 million cases and seized counterfeit and shoddy products worth 45.5 billion yuan.
